• Good computer skills, ability to utilise EFTPOS and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of food, including preparation, disply, menus, food quality and consistency
• Knowledge of current health regulations
• Ability to train staff

Gourmet Cook
Skills required for this position

• Experience in fast food cooking
• Experience in seafood cooking preferable
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to utilise EFTPOS and POS systems
• Work as part of team and show leadership skills
• Ability to train staff

Customer Service Team Member

• Sales skills
